[Submission to GMTK Game Jam 2026]

A stage in the jellyfish life cycle is called the polyp. Players take control of a polyp, slowly crawling across the ocean floor to explore this unknown world.

The polyp possesses the ability to reproduce asexually. Each movement consumes its life energy, which can be used to split into jellyfish larvae called ephyrae of different colors. As the countdown of remaining splits decreases, every division becomes an irreversible choice. Players must carefully manage their limited life energy, using it wisely to discover the path forward.
